從2017年1月1日開(kāi)始，移動(dòng)類燈具產(chǎn)品的加拿大安規(guī)新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)CSA C22.2 NO. 250.4正式生效實(shí)施。新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中，針對(duì)移動(dòng)燈的接地要求、朝天燈的功率要求都有重大改動(dòng)。

移動(dòng)類燈具新接地要求

移動(dòng)類燈具必須符合條文 6.14 中的接地要求(提供接地線)，除非符合下面的條件才可以豁免。

- 燈具由外置的CLASS 2輸出驅(qū)動(dòng)供電。

- 燈具符合雙層絕緣的要求，并加上MARKING Item 25。

- 燈具加上標(biāo)貼注明是家用(household use)的標(biāo)簽，而且不能是：潮濕環(huán)境或戶外環(huán)境使用的燈具、水族燈、手提燈、植物生長(zhǎng)燈。

6.14.102 All luminaires shall comply with Clause

6.14. except a) when supplied from an external Class 2 or limited power supply;

or b) when employing double insulation and marked in accordance with Item 25 of Table 20.101.1 or the symbol of Figure D.102 of Annex D;

or c) when marked for household use, in accordance with Item 1 of Table 20.101.1 other than those intended for i) damp or wet locations; ii) aquarium type; iii) extension hand lamps; and iv) plant grow lamps.

朝天燈的功率要求

根據(jù)條文：

7.1.101.2和7.3.101.3的要求，朝天燈如果只有一個(gè)燈泡的話,功率不能大于75W，如果燈泡多于1個(gè)時(shí), 總功率不能大于100W，而且燈具必須有限制產(chǎn)品功率的裝置，以防止產(chǎn)品會(huì)超出以上的功率要求。

標(biāo)準(zhǔn)原文：

7.3.101.2 A torchiere, floor type luminaire shall be limited to a maximum wattage of 75W for luminaires with one lamp and a maximum of 100W for luminaire with more than one lamp.

7.3.101.3 Torchieres shall be equipped with a power limiting device to prevent from exceeding the above limits.
